Foreigner will return to rock the grandstand at the 2019 Lorain County Fair, we learned this weekend.

If you grab tickets, you might have “Double Vision” — that’s because Mick Jones and company also headlined the fair in 2014, braving a huge lightning and wind storm during their act.

They were hurried offstage 45 minutes into the set, leaving fair-goers craving more.

Now the English-American classic rockers will take the spotlight once more to perform their hits.

You know the anthems that have filled arenas since the band’s inception in 1976: “Cold As Ice,” “Head Games,” “Waiting for a Girl Like You,” “Feels Like the First Time,” “Juke Box Hero,” “Urgent,” “Hot Blooded,” and many more.

“I Want to Know What Love Is” is Foreigner’s signature ballad, peaking at number one on the Billboard Hot 100 in February 1985.

In all, the band boasts nine top 10 hits and 22 ranking singles.

Foreigner will play the fair at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20.

Tickets are $30 to $50 and will go on sale at 10 a.m. on Friday, March 15 at www.loraincountyfair.com.

The country music headliner for Monday, Aug. 19 has not yet been announced.

That act will be named next week, according to fair organizers.

Other events lined up for the week of the 174th Annual Fair include the Wednesday night truck pull, the NTPA Grand National Pull on Friday, the combine and truck derbies on Saturday, and demolition derby on Sunday.
